Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 7 days from the date of booking for vehicle rentals and tour packages. To be eligible for a cancellation, your booking must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service start time.

Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation request and verify the eligibility, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider (typically 3-5 additional business days).

Modifications and Travel Changes

If you would like to modify your travel booking (change dates, vehicle type, tour itinerary, destinations, or add/remove services), please contact our customer support team at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability of vehicles, guides, and accommodation.

Service Issues and Travel Complaints

In the unfortunate event that you experience issues with our travel services (vehicle problems, driver issues, tour guide concerns, itinerary problems, or service quality concerns during your travels in Sri Lanka), please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it promptly, even during your trip.
