What are your cancellation and refund policies?

Vehicle Rentals: Cancellations 7+ days before rental start: Full refund minus 5% processing fee. 3-6 days before: 70% refund. 48 hours to 3 days before: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours: No refund.

Tour Packages: Cancellations 14+ days before tour start: Full refund minus 5% processing fee. 7-13 days before: 80% refund. 3-6 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: No refund.

Airport Services: Cancellations 24+ hours before service: Full refund. 12-24 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 12 hours: No refund.

Do you provide airport pickup and drop services?

Yes! We offer 24/7 airport pickup and drop services from Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA/CMB) to any destination in around the neghombo Sri Lanka only. Our professional drivers will meet you at the arrivals hall with a name board. We provide flight tracking and meet & greet services. Airport pickup and drop services are FREE when you purchase a tour package from us. You can choose from various vehicle types including cars, vans, tuk-tuks, and buses based on your group size and luggage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through PayHere payment gateway (credit/debit cards - Visa, Mastercard). We also accept cash payments (LKR, USD, EUR, GBP) and bank transfers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

What happens if my flight is delayed for airport pickup?

Don't worry! We provide flight tracking services. Our drivers monitor your flight status and will adjust the pickup time accordingly. We will wait for a reasonable time (typically up to 2 hours after your scheduled arrival time) at no extra charge. However, excessive delays beyond this may require rescheduling or may incur additional waiting charges. Please ensure you provide us with accurate flight information including flight number, airline, and scheduled arrival time when booking.
